No you’re not dreaming, besides a slew of potential legal liability issues, the new LIVR app is brilliant and potentially a “game-changer.”
First, a LIVR device must be purchased and attached to a smart phone. The device measures the alcohol content of your breath. Once your breath alcohol reaches a certain level you are given permission to access the app, which locates other app users that are drinking in the area, along with several other interactive features.
I predict this app will increase annoying cell phone usage in public places, hangovers, and bad decision making. Great….
