A Kids Place Pirate Plunder Carnival

This past weekend Anton Garcia Law sponsored The A Kids Place Pirate Plunder Party. A Kids Place is a non-profit center for abused and abandoned children.  It is designed to resemble a true neighborhood. This is a place where kids relax, and heal.  They have 12 children per house, and try to keep siblings together.  House parents and a social worker are assigned to each house 24/7.  Someone is constantly available to the children in case they have a nightmare, can’t sleep, or simply want to talk. A Kids Place tries to keep the children’s everyday life as normal as possible, providing them with access to computers, tutors, and cool play areas. They even have schools on sight for children who are too traumatized to attend public school. Anton Garcia Law helped with their Pirate Plunder Party and couldn’t be more thankful to participate in such a genuinely rewarding experience. The party was pirate themed, and had different stations where children could play carnival games, go swimming and eat lots of treats. Anton Garcia Law enjoys giving back and looks forward to participating in more events in the near future.
