Meals on Wheels Lunch

Christina Garcia and her husband, Gary Garcia II, attended the Meals on Wheels (“MOW”) lunch event this past week. The event was held at the Tampa History Center and was sponsored by the Gonzmart family.  The Gonzmarts led a cooking demonstration for all attendees.  Meals on Wheels provides hot, nutritious meals for those who cannot shop or prepare food for themselves. Meals are delivered Monday through Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.(2 frozen weekend meals are provided on Friday). Mr. & Mrs. Garcia enjoyed the event and look forward to their continued involvement and support of Meals On Wheels.
